The only critique I can offer on this shot is that the beauty mark to the left of the mouth does not seem natural. It appears (at least on my monitor) like a felt tipped marker made a point. I love the tight crop and the lighting is well done. The model is beautiful, too.

I agree, the beauty mark looks off... but it's real. My make up artist re-touched it with eye liner after the base foundation and tonnes of powder needed to smooth out the skin.
All natural lighting... A cloudy day can be your best friend :-)
